“It would be nice to have when your closed for lunch posted here, which u can do. Wasted my time and gas cause google said u were open but then on the door it says closed till 12:50 for lunch”

“This is a wonderful dental office. Dr Majeed was very caring and He gave me many options regarding treatment and I decided to go with the option of a crown that he made in his in-office dental lab! I thought this was amazing because in other dental office I’ve had to wait weeks for my crown to come from an outside lab. The staff were also very kind and caring. I felt that I was in safe hands here. I followed doctor Majeed here from his last clinic because he is such a great dentist. “Update: I spoke with Amy the manager and she was very responsive and keen to get to the bottom of things. She listened to my concerns, asked questions, and assured me that the owner would be speaking to the dentist I saw, so I really hope things improve with him. -------------------------------- The dentist I saw today (Dr. Jenya) was SO intense and overbearing - going on and on about what needed to happen instead of having a two way dialogue with me. He insisted one thing (not ideal) as the only solution, but this thing is what past dentists wanted to avoid and said I had other options for. I felt really rushed and unheard, and left feeling really anxious. He also said they could charge me for a consult instead of regular appointment (said it didn’t matter to him) as I didn’t stay long and wanted to think over my options, but they charged me for a full appointment which felt like a bit of a money grab (but not a huge thing). The dental assistant was very sweet - I appreciated her being there, and the front desk staff were friendly.”Read moreShow less

“Dr Majeed is amazing, and so is the whole team at this office. I had a dental emergency and he got me in right away and fixed me up. I couldn’t be more grateful! They genuinely care for their patients. Definitely recommend - they are 5 stars.”

“Chemainus Family Dental is truly the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I came to Chemainus Family Dental for a new patient exam and cleaning, and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The front desk team was warm, organized, and explained my insurance coverage and estimated costs clearly before I even sat in the chair. My hygienist was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain what she was doing during the cleaning. I really appreciated how she checked in often about my comfort level and gave me tips for improving my home care without making me feel judged. Dr. Majeed did my exam and was excellent at explaining my treatment options in plain language. He showed me the digital x-rays on the screen, pointed out what he was seeing, and discussed a plan to monitor one tooth instead of rushing into unnecessary work. I felt like my concerns were listened to and that the focus was on long-term oral health, not just “selling” treatment. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with up-to-date technology and a calm atmosphere. Overall, I left feeling informed, cared for, and confident in the care I received. “My recent appointment with Dr. Majeed was extremely disappointing. I felt rushed from the moment I sat down, and it seemed clear that he wasn’t interested in taking the time to address my concerns. When he told me to come back another time because he didn’t have time for my problems, I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. The receptionist also failed to provide clear information about my coverage or what would be billed. Because of this lack of transparency, I left feeling blindsided and frustrated. The whole experience gave me the strong impression that the clinic prioritizes quick turnover and additional appointments over meaningful patient care. Overall, I did not feel valued as a patient by Dr. Majeed or the clinic. I hope they seriously reconsider how they communicate and treat the people who come to them for care.”Read moreShow less
