Please book this treatment if you are a returning client who has already had the Initial Acupuncture. A very supportive treatment, unique to your areas of concern, also recommended if you are looking for prevention and for over all health and well-being. Mainly consisting of Acupuncture, Robin's treatments are very hands on, using palpation and Tui Na massage to treat and diagnose, as well as incorporating Cupping therapy, Gua sha and Moxibustion when needed.
Please book if this is your first Acupuncture session with Robin. A 60 minute appointment starting with a review of your health history, discussion of chief complaints, goals and expectations, followed by a treatment. Each Acupuncture treatment is unique to your chief complaint and areas of concern, if no areas of concern, Acupuncture can be used for prevention and for over all health and well-being. Other modalities, Tui Na massage, Cupping therapy, Gua sha and Moxibustion are often incorporated into the treatment when needed.
*Some extended health plans may except a receipt for Shiatsu from a Certified Shiatsu Therapist, please check with your Insurance Company* A deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatment of the whole body. Founded upon the same principles as Acupuncture, Shiatsu has an effect on the nervous system, treatments calm an overactive sympathetic nervous system and promote the restful, healing effects of the parasympathetic nervous system. Shiatsu means finger pressure, acupuncture points are stimulated with slow, rhythmic holding pressure. Treatment is done over top of clothing or sheet, stretches are often incorporated. Option to use oil for a Shiatsu and Swedish blend is available.
ICBC will cover 25 Chiropractic sessions withing 12 weeks of being injured in a car accident. The patient will need a claim number from ICBC in order to have these treatments covered. Chiropractic care can then be billed directly to ICBC.

WCB will cover 11 sessions within 8 weeks of your initial Chiropractic visit. The patient will need a claim number from WCB in order to have these treatments covered. If you do not have a claim number the cost of the visits will be paid in full and refunded once approved.
New patients will have to book 60 mins or more for their first visit.
Massage Therapy is not billed to ICBC and WCB
Subsequent appointments will include a review of prior appointment including any changes between appointments, any health history updates and/or contraindications and a 45-60 minute foot reflexology treatment.
