“Don't recommend. Not only the treatment didn't work but also the relationship patient-professional was lacking. The secretary made me go twice a week and after the 6th session, I decided to stop as my lower back pain was getting worse. The technique used there is slightly different to what other chiros used. The doctor uses mostly the bed with slightly movements on the lower back which didn't work for me. This is fine but I didn't like the fact that the doctor never asked me how I was getting on with the treatment, it was me who reported a more acute pain after a few sessions and he didn't have much to say about it. I always found weird that the secretary organizes the client's appointments based on 0 feedback from the doctor. Seriously making sb going twice a week??? What a rip-off. All in all, I went to another chiro and in only one session she fixed my pain, worked all my back, shoulders and neck and left me as a new person. Never going back to this place.”Read moreShow less

“Terrible service and customer service I participated in two sessions and my pain got worst. My pain increases from 5 to 10. Not recommended Just examine was done normally but the rest was not good. “I've been going to Dr Riendeau for over 10 years on and off for neck issues following an accident as well as for back pain during pregnancy. He's excellent both for immediate relief and also preventing further issues. He is completely honest, and never tries to be pushy with recommending unnecessary visits.
