UPDATE: AS OF JULY 15/26 Choice has changed the direct billing policy. We now only direct bill BLUE CROSS. As a courtesy, we will still bill to all other insurances on the patients behalf, when possible, and we will have the payment directed to be paid to member opposed to clinic because insurance companies pay members faster than they pay clinics. Patients will be required to pay in full for services at the time of their appointment. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this change.
