When you join us, you have the option to be provided with a mask. We are sensitive to the needs of immune-compromised members of our community and continue to encourage mask usage where appropriate. Please feel comfortable requesting practitioner mask usage during your visit. For questions regarding your booking or insurance, or if you are feeling any symptoms of illness (ie. cold, flu, or COVID-19) and you have an upcoming visit with us, we ask that you contact our front desk team by phone (604-565-2489) or email so that they may immediately assist you. Please note that any abusive language towards staff will result in immediate and permanent termination of clinical access. For clients seeing us after 7:00 p.m. the buzzer number is 749, and listed under City Hall Massage. Should you not gain access to the elevator, give us a call and we’ll have someone down to collect you immediately.
