Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki Energy Healing involves working with a person's energy field to promote relaxation, balance, and healing. When that energy is low, blocked, or out of balance, it is believed to contribute to stress, tension or illness. Reiki is experienced differently for every single person, you may experience a range of sensations, including deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, or even emotional releases like tears or laughter. Others might have visions, feel a sense of calm, or have distant memories resurface, and some may see colors. Some may feeling nothing at all, which doesn't mean the Reiki session is not working; its a subjective experience and is different for every person. In addition- each session may feel differently for the same individual as things begin to unravel. Sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length. After a session, clients have reported feeling more creative, balanced, less emotional, less stressed, more relaxed, more awareness, less or no pain, better sleep, and ease of movement.
