This 30-minute therapeutic session takes place in our state-of-the-art Coldture Infrared Hybrid Sauna. Clients have the option to enjoy the full sauna experience, red light therapy on its own, or a combined infrared and red light treatment for maximum benefits. Each session includes complimentary towel service, with the option of using a post-session shower for added comfort.
