  Your time has been set aside for you, but if you need to cancel your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.

  Barring any extenuating circumstances, appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full treatment fee to the credit card on file.
