An enzyme called hyaluronidase is injected into the unwanted dermal filler. This treatment is typically required prior to performing additional dermal filler treatments if there is filler migration present in the treatment area. Filler dissolving can also be utilized to correct asymmetry, or dissolve lumps, bumps or filler that is no longer desired.
