120 minMediator in a Box is a simple game-like process that guides you your own solutions to a wide range of interpersonal conflict. The Box was created by two sisters, one a toy store owner and the other a mediator. It’s a fun, light process and it’s been tested and it works! Julia Menard knows this as a seasoned mediator. She fell in love with the practicality of the Box and quickly became the sole distributor of the Box in Canada. She’s also created a short workshop to give people hands-on experience with the Box and has delivered the training to workplaces, groups & communities ever since.
