**SK RESIDENTS ONLY** Pediatric appointments are intended for people under 12 year of age. This appointment will be conducted over the phone. Initial appointments are required for all treatments. During this visit, a comprehensive health assessment is completed while going over primary concerns and health goals. Treatment options will be provided. Please fill out intake/consent forms 24 hours prior to the visit. Note that this appointment is up to 60 minutes and this includes the time spent reviewing your intake prior, reviewing and uploading blood work and records from your chart and creating future plans for your healthcare. **Fee is being equalized to reflect my hourly rate and will be $200 effective July 1, 2026.
