“I only regret not coming here for my progressive glasses sooner. The whole experience from eye exam to picking out frames and lens were great, efficient, and most cost effective. I bought two pairs- one for computer work and the other for driving and general purposes. Just picked up the driving pair yesterday and this is the best progressive pair I've ever had. “We came to Costco Vision Centre first thing in the morning hoping to avoid any rushes and ended up sitting and waiting 30 minutes just to pick up contact lenses that we received a phone call about saying they were ready for pick up. This was our second time waiting over 20 minutes, last time at a different time of day. Costco Vision Centre should consider scheduling more than one staff member at a time so that if one staff member is tied up for 30 minutes with a customer, someone else can assist for a very simple 5 minute pick up, or, inquire with the customer what they need help with, and if it is only a quick pick up, help them for 5 minutes and return to the original customer who requires more time. Edit: Forgot to mention that this is not the first but second time my prescription was labelled incorrectly (left eye labelled for right eye and vice versa). With each eye having its own prescription, imagine how damaging that would have been for my eyes if I had used them as incorrectly labelled? With so many misses it's unfortunate I'll need to look for a new place to get contact lenses.”Read moreShow less

“WATCH OUT, inconsistent level of services depending on whom assists you. Made same mistakes twice over six years, I told them exactly what I needed, made mistake again recently, although it has been reordered, but it doesn’t change the fact of one of lady staff (tall, dark hair, wear glasses) who tried to hush hush the issue by lecturing me how to look like I am 3 years old, which she was not even the one who assisted me, basically she didn’t want to admit the issue of wrong lenses it was made. She definitely “deserves” in depth customer service training, especially for who works in well reputation Costco level of service.”Read moreShow less

“The independent optometrist was great. Costco optical itself was terrible. They gave the wrong info multiple times, didn't call me when my trial lenses and ordered lenses came in, gave me the wrong prescription for trial lenses, it's impossible to reach them by phone and they have no voicemail, I had to wait for 45 minutes even when I had an appointment and they didn't practice good hand hygiene between clients.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Bae was so wonderful, caring and amazing. She explained so much to us and make both of our eye exams experiences so great. Although we waited for a bit and was the last appointment on that day. She stills very energetic and warm helping us.”
