This 60 minute session utilizes a gentle osteopathic technique that focuses on the internal organs (viscera) and their surrounding connective tissue. The goal is to improve mobility, motion, and function of organs and the tissues around them, which can also affect posture, pain, and overall body mechanics. Unlike traditional massage, visceral manipulation works indirectly on organs through light, precise manual pressure applied to the abdomen, thorax, or pelvis while the client remains fully clothed. Visceral manipulation is suitable for individuals who: •Have digestive issues such as bloating, constipation, or reflux •Experience chronic pelvic pain, menstrual discomfort, or post-surgical tension •Suffer from postural imbalances, back pain, or hip pain related to organ tension •Are recovering from abdominal, pelvic, or thoracic surgery •Have respiratory issues affected by diaphragm or rib restriction •Want a gentle, holistic approach to improve organ function and overall wellbeing
