Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments create gaps in your practitioner’s schedule that could otherwise accommodate other patients in need of care. Please note that we require a minimum of 2 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in a charge equal to the full value of the scheduled service, billed to the card on file .
