60 minThe therapist schedule must indicate DROP IN AVAILABILITY. Please book this if you want to see an available therapist with a goal oriented approach for a one time/single session without an initial consult. This is NOT a crisis response service. You will be asked to confirm that you are not suffering from any severe conditions that would interfere with your capacity to benefit from a one time single session format. These last minute bookings can not be cancelled without 24 hours notice, even if they are booked the same day so please select carefully. There is no guaranty of availability nor continuity of services. The therapist will help set an agenda to make the best use of time towards collaborating on goals and mobilizing your resources.
