“We recently moved to Langley and were looking for a new dental clinic when we came across Dr. Brian Hu and his team. From the very first visit, I had a great experience every time I’ve gone in. Dr. Hu explains everything clearly in a way that’s easy to understand and never makes you feel rushed. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and organized, which made appointments feel comfortable and stress-free. After my own experience, I brought both my husband and toddler to the clinic as well. It’s hard finding a dentist you genuinely feel comfortable with, especially for the whole family, so we’re really happy we found this clinic. “What an incredible experience from start to finish! The dental hygienists were all wonderful. So sweet, kind, funny, and they immediately made me feel comfortable. The receptionist team was equally incredible and welcoming. And the real icing on the cake was Dr. Brian Hu. What a genuinely sweet, kind, caring, and patient person. He owns the practice and is the only dentist there, which made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. He took the time to chat, get to know me a little, and explain everything clearly. Their initial assessment was incredibly thorough, and the environment itself was calm, modern, and comfortable. There was even a TV on the ceiling with Netflix, which was a lovely bonus. “I’ve been to many dentists over the years and tend to be very selective about dental care. Even after moving to Langley, I continued seeing my trusted dentist in Vancouver for over five years because I hadn’t found a local clinic I felt comfortable with. Trying somewhere new has always made me a bit anxious. Recently, I had a dental emergency when a tooth cracked, and I had to visit a nearby clinic—Creekside Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming, and the entire team was incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Brian Hu truly stood out. He was one of the most transparent and informative dentists I’ve ever met. He didn’t upsell or overcomplicate anything—he clearly explained my situation, walked me through my options, and patiently answered all my questions. What impressed me most was his honesty: he advised me to throughly access my situation and against rushing on a more expensive treatment because it wouldn’t be effective given his current assessment. I’m genuinely relieved to have found a clinic I can trust locally. I’ll definitely be moving my family’s regular dental care here going forward. NOTE—regarding a review I saw about parking below—the clinic reserves spots specifically for patients, and I appreciate that they enforce this to ensure access for those receiving care.
