“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had two fillings redone, and the result has been severe, ongoing pain and sensitivity that I did not have before the procedure. Immediately after treatment, I experienced intense pain affecting not only the treated teeth but also my jaw and neck. When I informed the dentist, she dismissed my concerns, stated she had another patient, and left. Her behavior, including laughing while I was clearly in distress, was highly unprofessional and unacceptable—especially as the clinic owner. I attempted to escalate the issue, but was told she was the owner. The receptionist minimized my condition, attributing it to anesthesia, which proved incorrect as my symptoms worsened significantly. I was unable to open my mouth, suffered severe headaches, and had to call again for help. Despite this, I was only advised to take over-the-counter medication. The following day, another dentist prescribed antibiotics and strict dietary restrictions. Even after three weeks, I continue to experience extreme sensitivity and cannot tolerate cold water or chew normally. To make matters worse, although the original procedure was covered by insurance, I was asked to pay an additional $648 to correct the issue caused by the clinic. This is completely unreasonable. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and patient care. I would not recommend this clinic!!!”Read moreShow less

“I had a really great experience at this dental clinic. The dentist was very gentle and patient (Dr.Mand and Dr.Parand) and they clearly explain everything before starting the procedure which made me feel comfortable and at ease. You can tell they truly care about their patients.The receptionist was very welcoming and kind and they helped me with my appointment schedule and answered my questions politely and professionally. “I had a really good experience at Dental on 6th. The clinic is clean, welcoming and very organized. The front desk staff were polite, helpful and explained everything clearly without rushing. The dentist was very gentle, professional and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They listened to all my concerns and gave me honest advice about my treatment. The overall service, behaviour and communication were excellent. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went.
