Before You Book: New Injury Claims: If this is for a new car accident (ICBC) or workplace injury (WorkSafeBC), please call our office first to confirm coverage and to book your appointment. New Patients or Returning Patients After 2+ Years: Please call to book if you’re a new patient or haven’t been in for 2+ years. Bioflex Laser Therapy: An assessment with your Chiropractor is required prior to starting Laser Therapy treatments. Online Booking Policies: Book With Your Chiropractor Only: Please book with your current Chiropractor. We will cancel appointments booked with the wrong provider. To switch Chiropractors, please contact our office. Choose the Right Appointment: Please select the correct appointment type. If we notice an appointment has been scheduled incorrectly, we will contact you to reschedule. Schedule ONE appointment per day: Patients who reserve multiple appointment times in the same day will be contacted to select a single appointment time. Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be marked as a “no-show” and charged the full appointment fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the discontinuation of services or a referral to another provider.
