I was dealing with a LOT of neck pain and constant tension headaches, and the team at Divergent helped me so much! What I really appreciated was their multidisciplinary approach — everyone worked together to figure out the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my recovery. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in both my pain and headaches since starting treatment here. Highly recommend Divergent to anyone struggling with chronic pain or tension issues!Read moreShow less

I paid $2500 for a 10-week ankle treatment program at Divergent, and instead of improving my condition, it significantly worsened it. I’ve dealt with a complex ankle injury for over 10 years, and multiple specialists have previously been unable to fully diagnose or resolve it. I chose this clinic because their website states they have “foot and ankle doctors,” which made me believe they specialized in cases like mine. At my first visit, the doctor was very confident he knew exactly how to treat it and recommended starting an intensive program right away. However, there were early concerns—for example, my inversion ankle injury was misidentified as an eversion injury, and this was not acknowledged when I raised it. The treatments were extremely painful, which I was told was normal. Over time, I began experiencing new pain in my tibia and fibula—areas that had never been an issue before. My ankle also became significantly weaker. After about a month of treatment, my condition had declined to the point where I could no longer walk or stand for extended periods, and even sitting caused constant leg pain. I eventually re-sprained my ankle while it was weakened during treatment. During reassessment, I was instructed to perform exercises that caused severe pain lasting for days afterward. Even the athletic therapist I worked with expressed concern that this approach might not be appropriate for my situation. Before starting treatment, I was able to stay active despite ongoing pain. Now, my mobility and quality of life have worsened considerably, and I am facing additional treatment costs to address new issues. I’m sharing this so others with complex or long-term injuries can ask detailed questions, seek second opinions, and be cautious with intensive treatment plans. Update: After sharing my concerns as a review, I was offered a $1250 refund on the condition that I remove my review and my boyfriend whom attended appointment first hand and viewed how my pain was worsened removed his 1 star rating (which he has). I had already requested a refund via email, however, it wasn’t until I posted my review that this was offered. This added to my discomfort with how my case was handled.Read moreShow less

This senior went to Divergent for physio to heal my injured ankle. The office overcharged and overbilled for therapy. Run, do not walk away from them.

I came across the Divergent site when I was looking for PRP treatment. Years of plantar fascistic and arthritis in my feet had made it very difficult to walk, exercise, golf, or just live the life I wanted. Like the other reviewers, I had tried everything else and was desperate for pain relief. Cortisone, orthotics, drugs, physio, acupuncture, you name it, I had tried it. When I met with Jason, he said he felt they had over a 90% chance of solving my issues. I was still skeptical, but thought I had nothing else to lose. He suggested 10 shockwave treatments combined with the PRP treatments to correct years of damage and pain. Yes, the shockwave is incredibly pain full during treatment, but after only 8 treatments I feel like I have my life back. My pain is virtually gone, my feet are mobile and flexible, I can put shoes on again with out excruciating pain. I am beyond grateful for Jason and his team. Their equipment is top notch and the best available, as are the staff. If you are suffering and frustrated with the typical medical advice, do yourself a favor and check out the team at Divergent. 100% recommended.Read moreShow less

Ten(10) treatments of spinal decompression and shockwave therapy have truly enhanced the quality of my life in a very short period of time. For decades I suffered from low back pain which in turn attributed to and degraded my health in other ways. Degraded sleep, a time when the body is supposed to heal itself was totally disrupted and I was constantly on an emotional roller coaster. Despite having consulted with various nerve, back, and functional specialists, and trying over a dozen medications, I found no relief. That is until now. Since I started my course of decompression and shock treatments with Dr. Jason Nanda and his assistant Paul, I can finally say my quality of life is remarkably much better. My lower back pain is hardly noticeable, as is the neuropathy I was experiencing in my legs and feet. I'm sleeping much better, which means I'm off the emotional roller coaster. Dr. Nanda is, as someone else stated, very compassionate as is his assistant Paul. They gained my confidence and respect because they listened to my feedback at the start of each appointment and adjusted treatments accordingly. I think part of the healing is that I never felt like I was just there for a repeat process, that I wasn’t being heard, or that I was being rushed through my treatments.Read moreShow less

I thought I was going to have to deal with plantar fasciitis for the rest of my life. I had done all the recommended steps from orthotics, icing, stretching, massage...nothing worked. I saw Jason. He said 5 treatments with shockwave therapy should significantly improve the problem. I said no way. In a way, I was right-it took 6 treatments but I'm pain free. Amazing. Great service and a product that works. ChristineRead moreShow less

Here is what I say about my shock treatments. I have had chronic back pain for over 40 years. Nothing has worked for me and I have tried many, many types of back treatments. Nothing worked. I was going to go for laser spine surgery. Divergent was going to be my last “try” before laser surgery. I went in with absolutely NO expectations. I had one treatment, walked out thinking “okay, my back doesn’t hurt but that won’t last.” Well guess what? It works!!!! I have had 5 treatments since May, 2017 and I have no back pain. None! Without Divergent and Dr. Jason, my life would still be a painful one. Jason, you have saved me. Anyone with any pain needs to go to Divergent. With many thanks to all of you.
