Welcome to Do Well! We’re happy you found us and look forward to supporting you in moving, feeling and living well. Before you book, here are a few helpful things to know.! Starting Your Care New to Do Well? We suggest booking your first session along with two or three future visits. Sessions about one week apart often work well at the beginning and help you get the times that best fit your schedule. Your therapist will talk through the right plan for you at your first visit, so any future sessions can be adjusted from there. Need to Change Your Session? Your session time is reserved especially for you. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or session changes. Changes made within 48 hours will be charged the full session fee to the credit card on file. In some cases, your session may be able to continue virtually rather than being cancelled. Online sessions are not available for massage therapy or ICBC visits. Virtual care may also be eligible for extended health coverage, whereas cancellation fees are generally not. We know unexpected situations happen. Please contact our team as soon as possible so we can understand what happened and help where we can. Sessions can be managed through your Jane account when outside the cancellation window, or you can contact the clinic directly by phone or email. Can’t Find the Right Time? Join the waitlist and let us know the days and times that work best for you. If an session opens up, Jane will send you an email notification. Adding a wider date range and keeping your availability current gives you the best chance of finding an earlier visit. Using Extended Health Benefits We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers and can submit to one insurer per session. When you have additional or secondary coverage, we’ll provide a detailed receipt so you can submit the remaining balance directly to your provider.
