“I just started my Invisalign treatment at Downtown Vernon Orthodontics and had my first appointment yesterday. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. “This place is horrible they didn’t do my numbing right for when I got my teeth pulled and I had to physically grab the person to stop. They also put the braces on before pulling out the teeth which I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to do. There is glue all over my teeth from when they were putting the braces on and one of my brackets are completely sideways. The glue is ripping up my lips. Never go to the lumby dentist stay as far away from it as possible, Goto the Vernon orthodontist or dentist in Vernon they are 10 times better.”Read moreShow less

“I had an amazong experience with Downtown Dental. When I first came in, I knew I was grinding my teeth, snore and have TMJ disorder. I had previously had bad experiences with devices and was super anxious about getting another bad device. Dr Dunphy was so patient with me as she explained different devices along with pro's and con's. I shared my previous experiences and the mouth guard I received is the most comfortable I have ever had! My jaw isnt sore and my snoring is not as loud. Wins all around! “The dental clinic is overall amazing! They're so good with my sons. The receptionist, Breann, was able to think of some creative ways to help keep my son busy while waiting for his turn to go in!
