HOME VISIT - Appointment for PEDIATRIC Patients (Ages 0-14)

60 minutes **PEDIATRIC** ages 0-14 This is the first appointment in your child's journey with me and it is mainly about hearing their story and getting clear on current health concerns and health goals. I will get your child started on a treatment plan or laboratory investigation during this appointment, as needed. This is a home visit, meaning it is conducted in the comfort of your own home. I come to you! Any medications, supplements, compounded herbal treatments, or test kits can be shipped to you or picked up later. Lab requisitions and prescription medications can be faxed directly to the lab and pharmacy of your choice. **Important notes: Patients who are not available within 15 minutes of their appointment start times will be deemed a “no show” and may be charged for a fee up to and including the cost of the appointment fee. The appointment fee includes up to 10 kilometres of travel distance. If your home location is 10-20 kilometres from my office, an additional charge of $15 will be applied.
