Communication update Jane EMR now has secure messaging feature for patients. Now that this feature is enabled, and due to regulatory concerns with patient privacy, Dr. Trevorrow will no longer answer medical questions via email, but will send an answer to your patient portal. Patients may also upload labs to their patient file through the portal.

For lab testing : We are now doing all lab testing with Dynacare moving forward. There is a location close to the office at 1385 Bank Street (Billings Bridge). If you still have an outstanding. lab requisition from Lifelabs please contact the office and we will put you on our list to get an equivalent requisition for Dynacare. Thank you for your patience during this process.

Cancellation policy : we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment time modifications. Appointments cancelled within that period or no shows for non-emergency reasons will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment fees to the card on file. Please note that by booking on our website, you are agreeing to this policy.
