“All went well. It was a major visit (3 hours). Randy and his team were fantastic. I never really realized before the joint effort of all concerned that is required to accomplish what was accomplished. I left with a sparkling new smile. How cool is that? Randy is truly a "gifted speedy sculptor in the art of miniature sculpted forms" and I am a fortunate recipient of several of his pieces. (Did I just use the term fortunate?) “Dr Young is an exceptional dentist! In the 5 years since I’ve been seeing her, she has made me feel less anxious and more confident in my dental experience. She goes above and beyond in her work and I recommend her highly to everyone. I’m never waiting long in the waiting room and all of the staff and hygienists have been great! “Dr. Stewart has been my dentist since we moved to the valley in 2002. It took me a little longer to find my hygienist, Shawna... But you couldn't pay me enough to go anywhere else for dental work. These folks are the best... IMHO”

“The team, and I mean each and everyone, did play a part in making this time at Island Dental Health Center so five Star! All the small things they do with intention to make it successful really work for a comfortable easy time to get treatment and leave feeling well cared for. “My issues with this place started when I called in saying I need antibiotics for an infection. I told them over the phone I didn't have the money to get the infected tooth fixed atm and they said its no problem and the dentist would write me a script between appointments. When I got there the attendant told me "the dentist said the symptoms wasnt enough to verify an infection so she wants to see you quick" in the exam I told them directly I didn't have the money for this visit and after me telling them the same symptoms again she then agreed I needed antibiotics. After telling them twice there was a big stink about me not being able to pay for that visit when I told them twice I was broke. Being told that im expected to pay for the extraction in advance was the icing on the cake basically being treated like a criminal due to their incompetence of the last visit(payment issues). The cherry on he cake for me was being told after a second opinion that what they told me i needed a root canel for only actually needed a small filling. Seems like theyre pretty desperate for money right now and just a little bit prejudice. Shady at best.”Read moreShow less
