No Reception: I will be operating without reception. It is recommended that you make your booking online through Janeapp. For patients unable to book through JaneApp, you can contact the clinic voicemail. Leave your name, number and booking reason, and I will get back to you within 72 hours. You can reach my clinic voicemail at (778) 775-3270.
Dr. Fung’s Clinic Hours :
Tuesdays, Fridays 10am-6pm, and Saturdays 10am-2pm
Late-Minute Appointment Changes, No Show and Cancelation Policy : Please provide Dr. Fung a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent Dr. Fung from accommodating other patients. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified Dr. Fung at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment. Failing to show up not only disrupts the carefully planned schedule but also impacts the care and attention that all patients deserve. Respecting appointments is essential for maintaining a productive and supportive environment for everyone involved.
There will be a $50 fee for those who either cancels late or do not show up to their Meet and Greets to respect the time of Dr. Fung.
Parking: There is paid parking in the Three West Centre premises. Dr. Fung will reimburse your parking when you provide the parking receipt.
Dr. Fung does not direct bill at this time. He will issue you a receipt for you to claim your insurance.
