“Dr. Derek Hopkins and his entire staff are outstanding. Dr. Hopkins has done a number of implants for me and they are GREAT. Dr. Hopkins is very skilled, very concerned about patient comfort during procedures, and the quality of his work is exceptional. His dental hygiene staff are the BEST; they do a great job and explain how to improve my dental hygiene in a very friendly and supportive fashion. The front office staff are so helpful, friendly, and informative when it comes to the billing, insurance plans, future appointments, and always answer inquiries, be it telephone or email, in a timely fashion. “Dr. Derek Hopkins is a warm and skilled practitioner who goes beyond the call when it comes to taking care of you. He has experience and knowledge but most of all he really cares that you will be happy and comfortable at the end of the treatment. The office and all the staff are warm and caring as well. “Hands down the best medical practice I have ever been too. Contact starts by being greeted on the phone or at the front desk by Rachel’s friendly voice and smile. Jenny, Dr. Mark Hopkins’ assistant is amazing, puts you at ease and are very skilled at what she does. Doctor Mark Hopkins works extremely patient centred throughout the whole process and adds in a great sense of humour. I had a front tooth implant done and the color of my teeth were very hard to match. Doctor Hopkins wanted to make sure that I am happy with the final outcome and that they achieve the optimal outcome. Since I live out of town Doctor Hopkins and the Dental Technician, Stefan Hirofumi stayed almost 3 hours after closing time to make sure I leave a happy client. I was so impressed by their dedication to their work. I can’t say enough good things and want to thanks Dr Mark Hopkins, Stefan, Jenny and Rachel for going above and beyond.
