A lymphatic massage session is done with very light, rhythmic strokes and a slow pace, often with you lying comfortably while the practitioner works along the skin and lymph pathways — more about gentle drainage than deep pressure, and you leave with aftercare notes.

450 minThis 1 day training is for RMT's looking to include Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (BLD) as an evidence informed modality to their practice. During this hands on course you will learn the following with respect to BLD, -principles of BLD -specific treatment techniques for maximum lymphatic drainage -client assessment, indications and contraindications -treatment flow and sequencing -hands on training and instructor evaluation This 1 day training is limited to a small class size to optimize learning and practice of the material. The course fee is $650 plus HST and requires a $100 deposit by credit card to secure your space.
