This is a 20 minute follow up treatment using RAPID Neurofascial Reset techniques. RAPID is a neurologically based, active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension and restrictions within the body.
Please note, this massage can NOT be billed through insurance. Laura is a second year massage student that has completed all of her practicum hours.
A 30 minute massage is suitable for smaller areas of the body or for acute injuries that may be too sensitive or unstable for longer treatments. This is also a good treatment length for children.
Prenatal massage
This is our most common massage treatment. It allows a good amount of time to treat a specific area of the body, as well as the compensating areas surrounding. If you are looking for a full body massage, this length of treatment would be a quick way to skim the surface but will not allow enough time to be thorough.
This is a good treatment length if you have multiple areas of the body that you would like to focus on, or for a more thorough full body massage.

A 30 minute appointment consists of a quick reassessment of the chief complaint, treatment to the area, as well as a review to your home program. You may have new or different exercises added to your routine. This is our most common follow-up treatment option.
If this is your first visit, if you have a new injury, or if your last visit was more than 6 months ago. This 60 minute appointment will include an assessment of the injury or area of concern, as well as treatment to the area. You will also be provided with education on the condition, advice for self-management between appointments, and a home exercise program if appropriate.

This appointment is to take measurements, choose a brace style and features, and fill out the order form. Your physiotherapist will discuss this with you further during your appointment.
Book this appointment if your orthotics require adjustment or repair. You may also use this appointment type to discuss ordering additional sets of orthotics.
For new patients, this is a full biomechanical and gait assessment. If you are looking to get custom foot orthotics, please book this appointment type. Casting of the patient's feet is included.
