You spend the visit moving through simple exercises and movement checks — the practitioner watches how you squat, reach, balance, or load a joint, then adjusts the drills, gives cues, and sends you away with a clear exercise plan.

60 min($65/5 doubles sessions) Yoga for Mobility focuses on poses which activate joints and muscles throughout the entire body. Through various movements, this practice lubricates joints and increases overall flexibility. This practice is recommended for those with areas of stiffness or tightness in which they would like to work through. This series involves five 60 minute classes. This rate allows students to work in doubles with our instructor. *Students must refer their own double for this series!
