50 minThis semi-private offering blends the traditional yoga benefits of neuroplasticity, improved movement quality and effective breathwork with the Osteopathic Lens for an opportunity to communicate with your body on a deeper level. Learn to create space for positive change in your body, realign systems at home and connect mind-body-soul. This class is open to those with experience in or new to yoga, with modifications available for anyone with physical or medical conditions. Poses may be held anywhere from 1-5 minutes based on the goals of the session, and the instructor will have hands on (with consent) to help teach and reposition.
