“I replaced my ill-fitting gold crown tooth at Encore dental. I have had this crown issue for a while, but I was always afraid to get it done, but I decided to give it a shot wirh Dr. Jiya, who worked tirelessly on my tooth and also used the teeth imagining machine--which is I think is their latest technology. Thanks to her, I now have a perfect bite. Dr. Jiya is always professional, and does her best to her patients. “Receptionist and staff very friendly and accommodating. I had concerns regarding a couple of my teeth and Dr Lu showed me Xrays and advised and explained the best treatment for those teeth before beginning work which was very assuring. “I had a an appointment for fillings. Everything went well. The staff and Dr Jung are professional and carrying. I like that they have advanced equipment for taking pictures on the tooth before during and after filling. “I'm so glad I chose Encore. Their online appointment portal was easy to use and they sent all the paperwork and questionnaire ahead so that I didn't have to show up earlier at the clinic to do them. They also sent ahead to my insurance company to estimate how much I'd have to pay for my initial appointment and subsequent treatments. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and my hygienist (sorry, I forgot her name!) was so nice and gentle. I had a couple of cavities that needed filling and Dr. Jung was able to do them in less than an hour! She was so good and I had minimal discomfort.
