“Such incredible service. I called last minute for my husband as he was travelling to terrace for work and they got him in as soon as he got there. Fixed his eye and sent him on his way! Staff was so sweet. Thanks so much”

“I sustained a concussion in hockey and I had a lot of visual symptoms after. I went in for an assessment and further treatments with Dr. Loose - he identified my problems and came up with a treatment plan to resolve them. At first he recommended updating my glasses and prescription and I was surprised how much this immediately helped! The home exercises and treatment sessions to follow slowly started to help as well. I no longer notice any visual symptoms and feel I have made a full recovery. I can do computer work, watch movies and I am back playing hockey again - all symptom free! “I had a great experience. The doctor was very knowledgeable. He helped me get the right prescription. I was very impressed. I didn't realize my vision was so blurry. Got my glasses. Had no problems with them. Came with everything needed including glasses cleaner. Cute little bag and a chocolate. Which shows they put in extra effort. Glasses were reasonably priced. I didn't brake the bank buying them. I didn't get upsold on anything. It surprisied me seems like alot of places just want your money. Didn't feel that way here. They were honest and got me what I needed. And to top it off i have a eye issue the doctor noticed right away. Which we will halfto do more testing. But I am glad he noticed it and took the extra time to talk to me about it and to make sure it's getting taken care of. Lastly the glasses were ready super fast leass then 2 days. “It was ok. Not that helpful. I did my eye test but had to pay out of pocket because the receptionist wasn’t able to find my insurance (which I found very strange, because it’s just basic college student coverage) I was refunded 3 days later via my insurance company. I also didn’t realize till I left that they didn’t give me my results/prescription, which I found kinda shady. I understand that they are trying to keep any future sale of glasses in house,.. I just didn’t like it. It very much felt all money oriented for them. They definitely care more about themselves and what they can get, and less about if I can afford their $800 minimum suggestion! “My family and I have been patients of Dr Loose's for years. Dr Loose and his staff have been the absolute best to deal with. They are thorough, professional, friendly and reliable. Recently I had a scare with my eye sight. Dr Loose not only diagnosed it correctly in its early stages, he did an incredible job of not only referring me to a specialist but followed up as my situation worsened and proactively lobbied to expedite the consult which led to emergency treatment that literally gave me my sight back. “I have been a patient at this clinic for at least 6 years now. During this time I have needed several emergency appointments, I am so grateful that they have always been able to fit me in. The staff recognize the importance of me being seen right away and I suspect Dr. Loose has given up his lunch time to make this happen. 3 pairs of glasses later, I'm still impressed with the top notch service and the speed I have received my new glasses.
