CREDIT CARD INFORMATION You will be prompted to enter your credit card information upon booking. We require your credit card information to reserve your spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY We require 48 hr notice for cancellations/rescheduling. Late cancellations, rescheduling, and no shows will be charged the full amount of their appointments fees. This charge is non-refundable and cannot be put through insurance. By booking an appointment you agree to this policy.

ILLNESS POLICY If you are sick, or feeling under the weather, please change your appointment to a virtual consult or reschedule to another time. If you arrive to the clinic sick, without giving us a warning, we will turn you away and charge you the full cost of the visit.

ACCESSIBILITY Our Naturopathic Doctors and Psychotherapists are located on the 2nd & 3rd floors . If stairs are an issue, please contact us beforehand and we will be happy to assist you.

INSURANCE We offer direct billing as a courtesy. We cannot guarantee that it will go through or that the system is working so come prepared to pay for the full appointment fee. Supplements are not covered under insurance. Testing may or may not be covered under insurance. It is up to you to look into your insurance coverage as we cannot speak to them on your behalf . We direct bill using Telus eHealth and Sunlife.
