We Have Three Locations — Please Note Which Location You Book
Our new location is open August 4th! After 20 years on Yates Street, our downtown clinic has relocated to Hudson Mews — Unit 120-780 Fisgard St, with free underground parking. Appointments on or after August 4th are at the new clinic. Same team, same care, new home.
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a fee if the time cannot be filled — 50% of the appointment cost on the first occurrence, 100% after that.
Illness and emergencies happen — let us know and we’ll consider your situation with care. Work or scheduling conflicts are not emergencies.
During clinic hours, please call to cancel. After hours, leave both a voicemail and an email so we can offer your time to another patient.

ICBC Appointments: For Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Chiropractic, RMT, or Acupuncture under an active claim, please call any location to book with reception. A $20 user fee applies to standard-length ICBC RMT appointments, $9 for Chiropractic
