60 minute session. This is a customized session to you and your energy and can be catered to specific goals or simply to optimal outcome. There is a download component (often approx 30 minutes) in which Michelle will connect to your energy and download the pertinent information. Then there is a connection period (phone call or FaceTime) that is typically 30 minutes. All session notes are documented and sent to you via email.
