External Pelvic Floor Assessment

External Pelvic Floor Initial assessment(45 mins) includes a discussion of pelvic health and function, symptoms, and health in general. Treatment occurs though clothing, to low back, hips, abdominals, and hip flexors. Followed by retraining and exercises. Please wear loose/athletic-type clothing. 75 mins is the Pelvic Floor Initial listed above + 30 minute massage directly afterwards. 105 mins is the Pelvic Floor Initial listed above + 60 minute massage directly afterwards.
