“Please be careful who you trust with your eyes! Dr Bentham did my eyelids surgery and there was sutures left in my eyes for 2 weeks which made my right eyesight from 20 to 25! But it didn’t end here, all frustrated and having gone to their office for at least 5 times complaining, one of the front desk staff is treating me as if I was taking advantage of the system doing my eyelids removed but she was dumb enough to not notice that I had paid for the surgery and not the MSP! All frustrated and upset I reacted and then they all ganged up on me! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else! On top of everything else the operation was messed up and one of eyelids is lower than the other! Of course, they ganged up on me and refuse to correct it because I was inappropriate! Stay far far far away from this place and just so you know I was originally referred to Dr Pollok and HW decided to re-refer me to Dr Bentham, he is very arrogant and thinks he is beyond! By the way, the surgeon assistant Kandis was really looking for some promotion and started quite a bit which was totally unnecessary and irresponsible in regards to doctor and patient!”Read moreShow less

“In contrast to my expectations, this incident has rendered my current eye clinic unappealing. I visited the clinic this morning to inquire about obtaining a prescription sunglass. After considering options from the shelf, I approached a staff member to inquire about pricing matching. I pointed out that comparable sunglass options offered by other retailers were significantly more affordable. I politely requested that she consider my request, but she informed me that the final decision would be made by the doctor. She assured me that she would contact me before the end of the day. I made a follow-up call to confirm my availability, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. This experience has been deeply disappointing, considering the relatively low volume of patients at the clinic. It is evident that there is a lack of interest in my business. “Again, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this office and the staff!! Took my little girl(4 years) for her check-up and the gal who did the initial check, I don’t remember her name, and Dr. Rosita were absolutely wonderful!! My kiddo is Autistic and has had some anxieties in the past regarding healthcare visits but I stepped back and let them do their thing and my daughter did great! “The best experience we've ever had at an eye clinic!!! My husband's iritis flared up out of the blue, leaving him with vision loss. We contacted this clinic and they got us in same day. Dr. Van was amazing from start to finish! She even saw my kids, ages 4 & 2, and myself for eye exams that went seamlessly. Will be recommending this place to everyone we know. “Per usual, our experience was amazing and the entire staff is *chefs kiss*!! My husband and I have been patients for 6 years now, our daughter has been going here for 2 years and we will continue to be lifelong patients! I typically see Dr. Chi but this time I saw Dr. Wang and as expected, she is just as wonderful! Llema is so helpful and fun to work with! “The best eye care place in New Westminster. Dr. Wang was personable, thorough and extremely attentive. This is the first eye doctor I have seen that spent a lot of time and never made us feel rushed. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism and will be coming here regularly.
