“Great place for kids! We brought our 5 year old for a routine eye exam. The whole experience was painless and Eye Plus did a great job helping our kid through the exam even though he was a bit nervous. “I am so happy with the care I have recieved from the Eye+ team over the past 6 months. Dr. Panesar is very attentive and knowledgeable and set me up with a treatment plan to help with my dry eye issues and ocular rosacea. I was nervous to try the IPL and Jett treatments but Naomi and Sukhi were both so lovely and reassuring during each session. I was able to complete all treatments without any issues! “I have had extreme dry eye for many years until I discovered Eye Plus . Dr. Jassal and his Optometric Assistant Sukhi have been invaluable in providing me with a Dry eye Laser treatment . Sukhi is highly trained in the Laser treatments I received , she explained what would happen before administrating each step making me feel very comfortable. “Was a wonderful experience for my children. I have two young ones and as their first eye appointment they were really unsure on what to expect and made them nervous to go but Dr. Jassal was excellent, explained everything very well and took them step by step on exactly what he is doing and what will happen next. As a parent aswell, he made sure I was well informed and learnt a couple new things myself. Very thankful to Dr Jassal and the team and for their amazing patient care!! “As always such a great experience at Eye+. Everytime I’ve been here from the moment I walk in all the staff are so welcoming and helpful, they really make the entire process so seamless. Dr. Panesar was incredibly thorough during my eye exam. He took the time to explain my exam findings and address my eye concerns. He also provided me with options for both my glasses and contacts lenses that would work best for me. I left feeling confident about my eye health. After my eye exam I was thrilled to see the large selection of high quality frames. So grateful Nanaimo has a place to buy such beautiful, high quality eyewear from brands like Ahlem and Moscot. “We had such a great experience at eye+. All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. We mainly dealt with Vick, Kim and Ellie and can’t say enough good about all 3 of them.
