“I was visiting Vancouver and forgot to pack contact lenses. I found Eyes on Burrard on Google, just a block from my hotel, so I went there to see if they had contact lenses in stock. They did not, but the woman kindly asked what I was looking for, prescription, etc after I told her I was visiting, went to the back and found samples of my exact brand and prescription, which she just gave to me! “I purchased a $3850 CAD expensive Maybach glasses on summer 2025. And now it’s almost Spring time in 2026. I still not have my replaced glasses yet. I received defective glasses on Sep. 2025 The shop was nice and promised me to replace a new one within one month. But as I mentioned above, I haven’t received mine yet on 13th Feb. 2026. They said they would kept me posted on day one they promised me to replace the glasses. But they basically never did. I was the one who always tracking the progress. And, last email I received was 11th Dec 2025 then no news anymore until today 13th Feb 2026. I told them that I had an important meeting in Christmas Day , the glasses must be there before the day. And yep, it’s 13th Feb. already, no reply. I asked them for a refund, let’s see what will happen then. I have never being so disappointed when I purchased luxury items, except this time. “Vivian at Eyes On Burrard was fantastic. She helped me with my transition glasses. They are both prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. When I was a teenager, I saw many Hollywood celebrities, R&B singers and rappers in their music videos, wore these cool looking sunglasses, but I just didn’t know that they were Cartiers. “I had a pair of Etnia Barcelona glasses that were practically falling apart — one of the temples was about to come off — and since the frame has no visible screws, I couldn’t fix it myself. I found Eyes on Burrard online and saw that they carry amazing brands, including Etnia, so I decided to stop by. I explained the situation, even making it clear that I hadn’t purchased the glasses there. To my surprise, in less than 10 minutes they came back with my glasses fixed — sturdy and working like new! When I asked how much the repair cost, I was met with a warm smile and a simple, “It’s nothing.” I was truly impressed by the kindness, care, and outstanding service.
