Your ND will then create a pain management protocol for you that may include any of the following: Heat therapy Percussive techniques IASTM Cupping Acupuncture Massage Trigger point release Dry Needling etc... A thorough explanation will be given before treatment and if any treatment seems uncomfortable please let your ND know as they can adjust according to comfort levels.
