About the clinic
The name FIOtherapy, stands for “Figuring It Out,” it captures the essence of what therapy often represents: a journey of exploration, understanding, and growth. Therapy is about navigating life’s uncertainties, uncovering clarity, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. At FIOtherapy, I embrace the process of “figuring it out” together at your pace. I am deeply committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up and be yourself. Curse, laugh, cry, whatever you need. Let’s figure it out, together.
My office is located at Marina Del Rey Professional Centre, 2275 Lake Shore Blvd W Etobicoke, ON M8V 3Y3. Free parking is available outside the building on the east side. Please note that any reserved spots are clearly marked with signage. You may enter the building from the east-side entrance or from the street side on Lakeshore Blvd, both entrances lead to the main lobby. From the lobby, take the elevators to the 3rd floor. Just outside the elevators on the 3rd floor, you’ll find a waiting room where you’re welcome to take a seat.
Once you arrive in the waiting room, please text the office line at 416-990-0096 to let me know you’re here. I may be finishing a session when you arrive, so I might not respond right away, but I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If your session is at or after 5:00 p.m or on Saturdays, I will meet you on the ground-floor instead as the building’s doors and elevators are locked during these hours.Read more about FIOtherapyShow less
