I came in with a migraine, which felt like it was deep in my head and eye. My jaw was incredibly tight, my ears were constantly popping, and I felt tense from my shoulders all the way up through my head. After Sam did his work it was like everything released at once. The tension in my face, jaw, neck, and head completely melted away. My headache vanished, I could breathe more deeply, and I honestly felt taller walking out. Unbelievable! I didn't realize how much pressure I had been carrying until it was gone, and the only thing I wished is that I went sooner. What an amazing experience and immediate relief. Very professional and respectful. Sarah was very good at moving me forward on my recovery and also being sensitive to what is causing me much discomfort. I had a really great experience with Aminu at Fit Physiotherapy. He had carefully assessed what was going on with my back and shoulder and explained the issue in a way that made sense. The treatment and exercises he gave me made a noticeable difference, and over the next few sessions my pain started improving a lot. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really focused on helping me recover properly. Thanks to him, my back and shoulder are feeling much better.
