Join Nicole for a workshop about the energetics of birth. You will learn various energy techniques, including tapping, to assist with managing childbirth. Energetic processes occur in the body all the time, but you will learn specifically about how they effect the body during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You will also learn four powerful energy healing techniques for birthing, which you will be able to apply immediately after the class. You will learn about two types of tapping and four strategies for using them. The two types are tapping on Meridians (used in Chinese medicine) and the other is tapping on your chakras.
