From the ancient Indian Sanskrit techniques to our Spa. We have created our take on a massage with hundreds of years of therapeutic applications. The treatment begins with a gentle upper back massage to prepare the body and mind. Warm aromatic cardamom & clove ayurvedic spiced oil is poured over the head and massaged. Various fast and slow techniques are used to stimulate the hair follicles, relax tense cranial muscles and trigger whole body bliss. It is recommended that you dress warm for your travel home and for best results, keep the oil in your hair until bedtime. You are also welcome to shower here before you leave.
