A one-on-one assessment for women seeking support for pelvic health concerns. During this comprehensive evaluation, your physiotherapist will review your health history, discuss your symptoms and goals, assess movement and function, and develop an individualized treatment plan. Pelvic health physiotherapy can help with bladder and bowel concerns, incontinence, pelvic pain or pressure, pelvic organ prolapse, painful periods, endometriosis, menopause-related symptoms, pain with sexual activity, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Internal pelvic floor examinations may be offered when clinically appropriate and are always optional, based on your comfort and informed consent.
While these appointment categories are organized for ease of booking, the most appropriate service is based on your individual anatomy and pelvic health concerns.
If you are unsure which appointment is right for you, please contact our team and we would be happy to help.

What it is
Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
