This 60-minute Initial RMT Assessment is for new clients or existing clients with a new injury. It includes a medical history intake, full-body assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on therapy. To allow more time for massage, we recommend booking a 75- or 90-minute session when possible. Please note: For new clients, hands-on time will be slightly shorter due to intake. This treatment is designed to alleviate jaw tension by addressing the muscles and fascia in your scalp, face, neck, and jaw. The session includes an intraoral (buccal) massage to release tension in the TMJ area and may help with tension headaches. It also includes Myofascial and Lymphatic Drainage for the face, neck, and chest, followed by a soothing warm towel for added relaxation. Important: Please wait at least 3 weeks after Botox and 6 weeks after fillers before booking this treatment.

This is a 40 - minute Osteopathic Initial Assessment. During your first Osteopathy appointment, your practitioner will take a detailed health history and discuss your current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. They will also take time to explain what osteopathy is and answer any questions you may have. Your practitioner will go through a full-body assessment to evaluate your posture, movement, and any areas of tension or restriction. Based on these findings, your practitioner will provide a personalized osteopathic treatment using gentle, hands-on techniques to support balance and ease within your body. Initial appointments focus on getting to know you, understanding how your body moves, and creating a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Recommended for all new osteopathy patients.

Follow-up Osteopathy appointments build on your personalized treatment plan and respond to how your body is integrating previous sessions. Your practitioner will review your progress, discuss any changes in your symptoms, and adjust your care as needed. Each session includes a thorough assessment and gentle, hands-on osteopathic treatment tailored to your current needs. These appointments help maintain balance, improve movement, and support your overall wellbeing as your body responds to treatment. Recommended for all returning patients after an initial assessment.

This is a 30-minute Clinical Pilates session and requires approval from our Physiotherapist prior to booking. If you have not yet received approval, please book a 60-minute session or an Initial Appointment if it's your first visit.

Clinical Pilates is a highly focused method of rehabilitation. Clinical Pilates has a focus on movement patterning and improves physical strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. The Pilates equipment use springs for resistance, which facilitate deep muscle conditioning and rehabilitation.

This 55 minute initial pelvic floor physiotherapy assessment includes a comprehensive history, collaborative goal setting, and a full pelvic floor and musculoskeletal assessment.
