We require ALL patients to have a valid credit card on file in order to book appointments online and over the phone. Credit cards will not be charged at the time of booking. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit takes time away from another patient who could have benefitted from this time. As such, we require 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. A missed appointment with no notice, and patients who provide less than 12 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee the full cost of the appointment.
Sickness cancellations made before 9am the day of your scheduled appointment will be free of charge. Sickness cancellations made after 9am the day of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the cost of your appointment.
