🔵 24 Hour Cancellation Policy Please note we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-show appointments may be subject to a charge of the full treatment fee . For short notice cancellations, if the slot is unable to be filled by the time of the appointment, a late cancellation fee may be applied . Note this also applies to same day bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment time. 🔵 We do not have a full time receptionist, so we recommend to book online . While therapists are treating patients, the outside door will remain locked . The door will be open when your therapist is available, so please be patient. Our parking is located behind our building, and you can park any customer spots. If you’re unable to find a time that works for you, you can put your name on the cancellation list, Cancellation List . we will contact you if any changes come up. 🔵 Direct Billing We can do direct billing for most insurance companies on request ( primary provider only, remaining amount pay by the client ). However, Jess, Brian, Hailey and Kali cannot direct bill to Medavie Blue Cross. We are Not taking any initial ICBC patients at this moment .
