“First appointment of the morning; staff was pleasant and very prepared. Preliminary testing was conducted thoroughly (and politely). Dr. Allen was his typical knowledgeable, efficient and personable self. All in all, an excellent visit!”

“My wife and I went to Kootenay Optometry FYidoctors over 2 years ago. We were so impressed with the staff of ladies up front and Optometrist, Dr. Brent Allen for his comprehensive and thorough eye exam that we decided to switch clinics and stay with this awesome team. Last year, after my eye exam, Dr. Allen referred me to Ophthalmologist Dr. Marius Scheepers for Cateract Surgery. I had my cateract surgery done in March/April 2022 and all went well. I started developing double vision and it was getting worse with time. After additional eye exams, they ordered corrective prescription prism lenses for my new glasses that I bought there two months ago at no additional cost. I couldn't believe the the difference......double vision was gone. I couldn't be happier. Paula is making an appointment this week for her yearly eye exam. The staff is amazing. They are so personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that you will love going to this clinic. Great Prices too.”Read moreShow less
