“Lindsey is really nice to deal with, she has always struck me as intelligent, and will answer all of your questions. I have only visited her twice now, but will continue for years to come, she's not trying to sell you anything, just tells you where your eyes are at. What more do you want. “All the staff are really patient. Easy to work with, especially when scheduling appointments. ( given my lack of availability...) Eye doctor was professional, thorough, and explained the examination process, clearly.”

“I do not live in Williams Lake so I was happily surprised when I called and asked if they could fix my glasses. Not only was I able to take them in right away a very lovely young lady fixed them on the spot. Darn I wish I could her name it was maybe Chantelle I’m sorry if that’s wrong. “I have bin now 3 times there. And i am very disappointed . I got the totally wrong prescription. I got offered to come back, and get it checked out a second time . What I did, but it still didn't work. I got told that I have to buy the Glasses at there please. I don't think so that I have to. I had to go to an other Dr. to find out what was wrong with my first prescription von Williams Lake. He told me that it was so wrong that it is no wonder that I couldn't see ,whit my glasses. I would never go there again. The first Dr.is not more there .but last time I had DR. Krall. I can not recommend this place.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been with FYI since I was a child and the service has always been amazing. Since they’ve changed locations there was been some staff turn over but I have always been taken care of by both the ladies at the front desk, as well as the temporary and now my permanent eye doctor. When I’ve had to get in for emergencies they have booked me same day no issues at all. Definitely recommend!”Read moreShow less
